At Wild Rivers Waterpark, the safety of our guests is of utmost importance. In the event of severe weather conditions, certain rides and attractions may temporarily close. We assure you that once the weather conditions improve, these rides and attractions will promptly reopen.
To accommodate guests who experience closures of ALL attractions for a minimum of 2 hours, rain checks will be provided upon request. Guests must present a same-day ticket stub at the Guest Relations desk to obtain a rain check. Please note that rain checks are not issued for season pass holders.
It is important to mention that rain checks will not be provided if the park closes within 2 hours of our published closing time. We kindly inform our guests that refunds will not be given under any circumstance. Furthermore, once the attractions reopen following a temporary closure due to weather, rain checks will no longer be offered.
